With over 15 years of accounting experience, Monica Armendariz brings deep expertise and reliable service to every client. At Vail Financial Services, she is known for her precision, efficiency, and personalized support—helping businesses across industries navigate complex financial challenges with clarity. A graduate of Kaplan University, Monica specializes in multi-client accounting, full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. She is highly proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite, and has a strong track record of improving financial processes while ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborative and client-focused, Monica is committed to delivering meaningful results. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and three children at car shows and sporting events.
Xiomara Caballero Hernandez
In Xiomara Caballero Hernandez’s role at Vail Financial, the ability to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving stands out as her favorite aspect of the job. Whether it's diving into complex challenges or finding solutions, she thrives on making the numbers work. A member of the Vail Financial team since 2022, Xiomara is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in accounting. Born and raised in the Vail Valley, she has a deep appreciation for the community and enjoys spending time with family and five dogs. Outside of work, Xiomara finds joy in reading and exploring the outdoors.
Nikki Hall
Nikki Hall brings more than two decades of accounting and bookkeeping experience to Vail Financial and Kingstone. Known for her meticulous approach and commitment to clarity, she specializes in transforming financial data into accurate, accessible insights clients can confidently rely on. Nikki’s strengths include identifying discrepancies, streamlining processes, and ensuring records are organized, compliant, and meaningful for decision-making.
She is QuickBooks Online certified and is currently pursuing her formal bookkeeper certification to continue advancing her expertise. When she’s not supporting clients, Nikki enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
